Kevin Madden DipQS MBA FRICS FQSi Managing Director
Kevin has 25 years of experience in various roles within the construction industry ranging from a Commercial Manager for a regional office of a large M&E Contractor to Associate Director of a Quantity Surveying Consultancy heading up a regional office specialising in Mechanical and Electrical Services.

Qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 1994 and has since achieved Fellowship status of the RICS in 2002, and of the QSi in 2009, whilst working primarily within the M&E side of the construction industry.
This also included spending over 2 years working throughout Europe working within the Telecoms infrastructure industry as Commercial Manager for a Fibre Network team with a turnover in excess of £30m.

Kevin has also worked within the civil engineering sector on the Main Contracting side and the Telecoms industry providing pre-contract advice on cost planning for large data-centres.
Kevin gained a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), which he uses to great effect in assessing how all Quantity Surveying activities affect the business, given the ever changing world of the Quantity Surveyor, whether in terms of financial impact or in managing teams to deliver the commissions.
He is ably supported by a small team of similarly qualified M&E Quantity Surveyors, who have completed both pre and post contract QS roles and a variety of portfolios of projects and sectors. All of which provide excellent personalised service of all aspects of M&E Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management
